UNITED STATES SHIPPING TIMES:

All order placed in the Mainland United States will be delivered within 10-35 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES:

All orders placed outside the United States will be delivered in 15-35 days.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders placed Monday - Friday will ship within 1-2 days and Orders placed on Saturdays & Sundays will ship out within 1-3 days. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Note: Orders placed on Weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow an extra 2 days for order processing.


DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Most likely, yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart and select "Begin Checkout." In the "Shipping address" section, select the "Country" drop-down menu. If your country is included in that list, then you can go ahead and place an order. If your country is not included, then unfortunately, we don't ship to you. In this case, we'd suggest having a friend from another country order for you and forward the shipment to you.

HOW DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WORK?

We use E-Packet/UPS for all international shipments. Average total transit time is between 12-20 days. Thought not usual, minor customs inspection could end up pushing the delivery date to a 30 days in rare instances.

All your taxes, duties and shipping rates are on us as a gift for being a part of the #foodpopz community.

Please ensure to provide a shipping address with zip code(mandatory) that the courier services are capable of delivering to. We will not be liable if Epacket/UPS is unable to make delivery if the shipping address turns out to be wrong.

WHY WAS MY ORDER SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES?

Some countries impose a value limit on international shipments. If your order is above the limit for your country, your order may be shipped as multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers. Contact your local customs office for more information on the value limits for your country.

EXPRESS PROCESSING CUT-OFF DAYS(WEEKENDS)

All orders placed on the weekends might take longer, between 1-3 extra days for processing due to the influx of orders. We cannot guarantee expedited delivery to rural domestic addresses.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number alongside a link to track it on-the-go.

DO YOU OFFER SIGNATURE-REQUIRED SHIPMENT DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Foody Popz has no policy requiring Signature Confirmation. However, due to the value of some items or courier service & safety requirements you might be required to present a signature during delivery.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING OR BOXES?

TRACKING AN ORDER

To check your order status:

  1. Click on the Track My order Button in the customer section both on top as well as bottom of the page or you can even click here.
  2. Enter tracking ID which you received via email in the tracking search bar.
  3. Click the Track button and you'll be shown all the details regarding the status of your order.
