*Video/Images of the the products are absolutely mandatory when applying for a return/refund.
- *Foody Popz is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number
*Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.
*Please bear in mind that the customer has to pay for the item to be return-shipped to one of our local/international warehouse.
*Orders made from the South American & African regions are not eligible for refunds/returns due to longer delivery times and mishaps with handling when the package is moved between different courier services.
